Manager's Listening Session

Tonight, I will be at the Hidden Valley Club House to conduct an Association Manager's 'Listening Session'.

I look forward to hearing of concerns from our association members. I also look forward to dialogue on not only what our pressing issues are, but I look forward to hearing the best ideas on how to tackle those most pressing problems.

My hope is that having this session before the Board Meeting it will provide us more time to delve deeper into the issues. Please understand that there still will be an open forum at the Board Meeting. This is required by Kansas State statutes. But, time to comment can be restricted at Board meetings and I have no such desire to limit the time tonight unless it goes unreasonably long into the evening.

So, please plan to attend the session tonight and let's put on our best thinking caps to jointly come up with the best solutions.
