Easement Clarification

Greetings!

We hope that you are all enjoying your holiday weekend. With this being an extra busy weekend at the lake, we just wanted to remind you of a rule regarding the lakes at both properties.

There is a ten-foot easement around all lakes at both Sugar Valley and Hidden Valley that is for public access by members and guests.

However, this easement does not include docks or other structures that are within ten feet of the shore. Docks, boats, and other such items are private property and are not accessible by the public. Please respect the privacy of other members and do not use docks that are not yours.
