Past Due Assessments & More

Greetings members! Beginning tomorrow, April 1, 2021 dues will officially be past due and late fees will apply. If you have yet to pay your dues, please do so now.
Also starting tomorrow the bathhouses at both lakes will be open. The keys have been changed and you will need to stop by the clubhouse to switch out or pick up your key. Remember that you must be a member in good standing to receive a key.
Finally, the hours at both clubhouses have changed. The new hours can be found on our website under 'communities.' We hope to see you soon! Steve Spencer
