Campsite Caretaker needed

Management is seeking a person who would like a seasonal job as a caretaker at our campgrounds at Sugar Valley Lake. We are seeking a person that has a camper and would like to stay at our campgrounds for our camping season, April 1st to October 31st, monitoring our trash compactor, shower house and campgrounds. Daily maintenance of the shower house would be necessary along with clean-up on the campgrounds and trash compactor area.

Weekends would be necessary and holiday weekends would be mandatory to monitor these areas during our busiest times. The position would start by being able to live at our campgrounds at no charge; further compensation is negotiable upon further discussion with the Manager.

Requirements for this position: Own a personal camper, honesty, integrity, dependability and reliability. General cleaning and caretaker skills, personable to members, ability to organize time and communication skills to report issues or maintenance problems. Some light to heavy lifting may be required.
