Today was the last day of work at Sugar Valley Lake Homes Assoc., INC for our Director of Facilities and Operations, Ron Holdridge.
So, this is an open call to apply for this position.
TITLE: Manager of Facilities and Operations SALARY: Commensurate with experience and expertise and within budget parameters. REPORTING TO: Association Manager DUTIES: This is a full-time, salaried position.
60% - Manage all physical aspects of the golf course grounds and related entities.
40% - Manage the physical aspects of all the common properties of the Association to include but not limited to roads, ditches, dams, lakes, bath houses, and the club house.
REQUIRED: always unimpeachable honesty, integrity, dependability and reliability. Must have grounds keeping or golf course management experience, preferably both. In addition to the planning, managing and supervision duties, this is a physically demanding job since operating grounds keeping machinery is expected. Light to heavy lifting required.
