Annual Meeting & Voting

Greetings members!

Please be aware that the Association's Annual Meeting will be held this Saturday, January 22nd, at 9am. The meeting will take place at the 4H Building at the Linn County Fairgrounds. As a result of the high number of COVID cases, masks are recommended and we ask that you please respect social distancing at the meeting.

In order to be counted, ballots must arrive in the office by 4:30pm on Friday, January 21st, or be turned in at the annual meeting on Saturday before voting closes. You can find your ballot on the last page of your newsletter. If you no longer have your ballot, please call the office at 913-795-2120 for further assistance.
