Board Meeting Cancelled

Greetings members,

Please be advised that the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for this Monday has been cancelled.

The cancellation is due to an insufficient number of Directors available to attend, meaning we are unable to establish a quorum as required by our Bylaws to conduct official business.
