January Board Meeting Update
The monthly board meeting scheduled for January 21st at Sugar Valley will be virtual only. The link below will allow you to watch the meeting online. Anyone who wants on the agenda needs to call the clubhouse at 913-795-2120 or 913-795-2093 by noon on Wednesday, January 20th. The link for the meeting will be attached at the bottom of this notice.
The board members, manager and attorney will be in person at the meeting. Anyone on the agenda will remain outside until the board is ready for them and will be called in to speak one at a time. There will be a five-minute maximum time limit allowed for speaking.
Masks will be mandatory. Sorry for any inconveniences and thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this difficult time.
