Specialized Help Available for Damaged Docks
We know that many of the docks around the lake took a heavy hit during last night’s tornado. From detached floats to structural damage, getting things back in order is a massive job. Mac’s Docks has reached out to Sugar Valley management to let us know they are currently in the area and ready to assist residents with their dock repairs over the next few days. 2026 Assessments Due Now & Time to Tag Your Lake Toys
Spring is here, and with it comes important reminders for all lake community members. The 2026 assessments are now due, and late fees will begin accruing starting April 1st. Payments can be made online, by mail, or in person at the clubhouse. At the same time, it’s time to prepare for the upcoming lake season by tagging all your “toys” such as boats, ATVs, and other recreational vehicles.
