Dear Members,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, a two-year term vacancy has opened on the Board of Directors. This is a Hidden Valley position.
The Board would prefer to fill this position through a membership vote at the upcoming Annual Meeting. To facilitate this vote, all candidates interested in running for the vacant two-year seat must submit their candidate biographies by Monday, December 8th. This strict deadline is necessary to ensure we have sufficient time to publish and distribute the candidate biographies in the Annual Newsletter.
Please Note: If no member biographies are submitted for this open position by Monday, the 8th, the Board of Directors will appoint a member to fill the vacated seat at the February meeting.
We strongly encourage interested members to participate in this election process.

Just an inquiry. I still work - educational film and theater, which takes me away from Hidden Valley about six months of the year. My husband travels with me. I don't know a number of things - such as, are the meetings held on Zoom? That would facilitate the time I am away each year. I'd throw my hat into the ring if I knew my working absences were acceptable - and if I could connect with you remotely while I am away. Thanks. Patricia L.
