Notice Regarding Annual Meeting

Due to COVID-19 this year's Annual Meeting will be held at the 4H Building at the Mound City Fairgrounds. This venue will allow for social distancing. The address for the fairgrounds is 8510 KS Highway 7, Mound City, KS 66056. The meeting starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday January 23, 2021.

Please note the following:

1. Masks will be MANDATORY.

2. Temperatures will be checked before allowing admittance. As always, we ask that you remain home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed.

3. We ask that you please social distance and do not linger after the meeting.

There is a ballot box at the association office where you may drop off your ballot before the meeting if you are not attending. There will also be a ballot box at the meeting.

The meeting will not be able to be viewed online as there is no internet available at the fairgrounds. We apologize for any inconvenience any of this causes our members. We are trying our very best to have the meeting in a safe and responsible manner for all involved. We appreciate your understanding as we know no one would want to make anyone else sick.
