Attention Sugar Valley Members,

As we approach the boating season, please be advised of the following reminders regarding lake maintenance and safety:

Debris Removal: It is the responsibility of each homeowner to clear storm-damaged debris from the lake adjacent to their property. Please address this in a timely manner to ensure the lake is safe for all residents.
Liability: Please be aware that should any incident occur due to unaddressed debris, the liability falls upon the homeowner.
No-Wake Zone: The lake at Sugar Valley remains under a no-wake zone until further notice.

We are currently seeing significant debris washing up on the beach, the dam, and clogging the drawdown pipe. Your cooperation in keeping our lake clear and safe is greatly appreciated!
