Sugar Valley Lake Homes Assoc., Inc. has its own pump truck to serve our members at both locations. We pump Monday-Friday. Using our pump truck service benefits you and your Association!

Please note that same-day pumps depend on availability. If possible, schedule your tank pump in advance especially around holidays as those are our busiest times. If a same-day pump is unavailable, you will be put down for the next available day. Emergency pumps are sometimes available but depend on the availability of our employees.
Sugar Valley Lake Homes Assoc. , Inc. can not only pump out a large holding tank on your property, but we are able to come to your lot and empty out the smallest of tanks! You won't have to move your camper to empty anymore, let us do it for you!

Sugar Valley and Hidden Valley both have a large room that you can rent out for a special occasion or just for a fun evening with friends! Weddings, birthday parties, family reunions and more!

Food Services
Sugar Valley and Hidden Valley clubhouses have food and drinks available for all members! Hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken strip baskets are the favorites! Come in and have a quick meal or call in and pick it up, we are eager to please. Bags of ice, fountain drinks, chips and more can all be picked up on the property instead of running in town. Sugar Valley and Hidden Valley also have alcoholic beverages for those over 21.
