The rates follow the following form: community and campsite number - amenities available at campsite - nightly rate.
Campsites are available for use by members and their guests
Sugar Valley has campsites with water and electric, with nightly rates of $25. The bathhouse is in the campsite area of Sugar Valley, and the beach is within walking distance.

Hidden Valley has campsites with electric, electric and water, and no amentities ranging in price from $15 to $25 a night. The campsite is directly next to the beach.
Please call either clubhouse ahead of time to schedule or reserve your spot!

OFF ROAD VEHICLE REGISTRATION
ATV, dune buggy, golf cart, go-kart and any utility vehicle are welcome in the lake communities. You must have proof of ownership and liability insurance and get them tagged every year through the clubhouse. A small fee of $15 is required for golf carts and a fee is required $30 for all other ATV's used on Association roads. Guests of the properties may not use their personal off road vehicles on Sugar Valley or Hidden Valley properties. The off road vehicle must be owned and insured by a member who is current on yearly fees and has a current sticker for the recreational vehicle.
