The mission of the Sugar Valley Lake Homes Assoc., INC. is to preserve and enhance the properties of Sugar Valley and Hidden Valley by maintaining and improving the common and personal properties of the Association and members.  This will be accomplished by upholding, and when necessary, modifying the documents that govern all properties with the unwavering intent to promote the common benefit and enjoyment of the members of the Association as a whole.  Board Approved: 2018-02-15

SUGAR VALLEY LAKE

Comprised of over 3000 individually owned lots, with over 250 full time residents, Sugar Valley offers a beautiful 9-hole par-36 golf course with a community swimming pool, beach, camp area, shower house, clubhouse and banquet room, several bodies of water for fishing and a main lake for boating and skiing.  

HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE

Comprised of over 1000 individually owned lots, with over 100 full time residents, Hidden Valley Lake offers a beautiful lake for boating, skiing and fishing along with a swimming beach, camp area and community clubhouse.
